Scarcity Mind
My day is crowded:
tabs stacked like dishes,
a schedule frayed
at the edge.
I think: I don’t have
enough time to listen, enough
heart to reach again, enough
self to give away.
Then a student says,
“Thanks for asking about my dog.”
And the world turns
slightly toward abundance.
