For the One Who Sees Differently
There is a child
arranging twigs while others
draw inside the lines.
There is a girl who
hums to herself, who talks
to stones, who sees spirals
in fallen leaves.
They won’t win
the contest. They might not
get picked first.
But if you notice—
if you whisper
I see it too— they may
not stop.
And that’s how
a world is changed.
